Timber frame home on large lot, private property with loft bedroom. Beautiful lakeview from the house and upper and lower deck. Can swim in shallow Sandy water in Georgian Bay from my shared dock at the back of the property. Great fishing. Outside fire pit, BBQ, kayak and paddle board. Indoor water filtration system A/ C and wood burning stove, heated floors for winter nights. Sandy beach and park down the street, splash pad, and Awenda Provincial Park within 5km. 5 minutes from the Penetang public dock, and 15 min from Midland. Wye Marsh, Martyrs Shrine, St Marie amongst the Hurons and Discovery Harbour right by the door step. Snow mobile trails, hiking, and trans Canada trail close by. Live theatre at Kings Wharf, and Midland Community Centre 15 min away. Boat cruises daily in the summer from Penetang and Midland Dock.
