This cozy pet friendly beachfront 4-season cottage is only an hour away from the GTA

Located at the Talbot River, with easy access to Canal Lake, this cottage offers everything you could desire for a weekend with friends and family or a romantic getaway!
Our private garden features a propane BBQ, charcoal BBQ, pizza oven, fire-pit, a canoe and paddleboat free for use.

A smart TV, high-speed unlimited wi-fi, Karaoke and a portable monitor for work are available.

Brand new hot tub installed!

The super cozy cottage comfortably accommodates 10 adults on its three bedrooms plus bunkie. The waterfront property is beautifully landscaped for the enjoyment of outdoor lovers.

Our hot-tub is kept at 104°F, always ready for some well deserved relaxation under the stars!

A canoe, a paddleboat and a kayak are available for use. We also have fishing rods free for use as this area is known for great fishing! You just need to bring hooks and baits and you are all set!

If you wish to bring a motor boat, there is a boat lunch located 3min away! And our big dock is conveniently available for easy access to your boat.

Our fire pit is well lit and nicely landscaped, we have firewood available for purchase if you wanna save yourself from transporting all that heavy wood!

The Master Bedroom and Bedroom 2 have a queen bed each. Bedroom 3 is equipped with a bunk bed with a twin mattress on top and a queen mattress at the bottom. The bunkie (bedroom 4) holds a queen bed and a sofa bed.
