The main cottage is 1510 square feet and has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, with fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, dining area, and both central A/C and heat. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail in the three-season Muskoka Room. Fast and reliable wi-fi and excellent cell service helps you stay connected and offers opportunity for work/play combo. Satellite TV in the living room as well as 3 other smart TVs. All-new Endy mattresses and bedding throughout (note that we provide hand and face towels, but not bath or beach towels).

The property also has a separate 240 square foot guest cabin (bunkie) with A/C and baseboard heating. It is finished with a queen bed, sitting area with couch, coffee table, 40-inch smart TV, powder room (toilet and small vanity) and large glass sliding doors with water views. NOTE: plumbing/running water in the guest cabin is seasonal (Victoria Day through Thanksgiving); guests must use main cottage bathrooms only from mid-October to early May.
