1) Rental Agreement: Sent by email
2) Signed Rental Agreement + $100 Reservation fee (non-refundable) due within 2 days of booking to secure reservation.
3) Full Rental Payment and $500 Security Deposit due 60 days prior to rental period.
4) Security Deposit ($500) will be refunded within 7 days of departure as per contract.

**Please note that renters must bring all bedding (sheets, pillow cases, pillows, blankets/comforters) and towels as well as all paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, kleenex).
****Please note if the cottage is rented on a monthly basis, the Renter is responsible for the monthly Hydro and Bell internet bill.
