Welcome to The Land-o-Lakes. Cottage sits on a spring fed lake, making it one of the cleanest lakes in Ontario. Pristine swimming! 1.3 acres & 550 feet of shoreline that have play areas for adults & kids. Wood burning sauna, 4 person jacuzzi, hammock, canoe, kayaks, stand up paddleboards, water-bicycle, fire pit, shallow area for little paddlers, boat house, BBQ, multiple decks & docks. Inside wood burning fireplace. Enjoy the sunset views from the huge bay windows all on top of the rock! Your cottage: The interior of the cottage has a traditional cottage feel, new floors have recently been installed throughout, the kitchen has been recently expanded, there is a large living room, dining room, and breakfast area that have views of the lake. Bedrooms are comfortable. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, laundry closet and workspace, with sitting area views over lake. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed & views over lake. Bedrooms 3 & 4 are cozy each with a single bed and forest views. You will have access to the entire cottage, the jacuzzi hut, the wood burning barrel sauna, several docks (the water is about 10-12ft deep at the end of the dock), there is a more shallow spot for smaller kids to paddle. There is 550 ft of frontage on the lake to enjoy. Perfect for families and / or couple(s).

This means I supply almost everything!!
To make it easy for guests to visit the cottage, I supply all the towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, body wash, loofah, life jackets, sunscreen, bug spray, wood for sauna, wood for outdoor fire, back up BBQ tank, back up soda stream cylinder, toilet paper, basic spices and condiments. Upon arrival all the beds will have fresh clean linens on them. I also will take care of all your garbage and recycling after check out!
Your goal is just to enjoy your time!
The water out of the taps is fully drinkable and very good! UV Filtration system, with sediment & taste and odor filter that is well maintained.
