Lake Joseph Cottage and Boatport

Our 5+ acre main land property is located in a quiet secluded bay on the north end of Lake Joseph. We have more than 300 feet of shoreline facing south west with all day sun. The boat port provides plenty of shade and privacy. We are minutes by boat or car from Gordon Bay Marina and Rocky Crest Resort.

The cottage is located in its own park like setting away from the shoreline which provides a protected area for children. The property has a large tree house and plenty of outdoor space for BBQs and evening family gatherings around the campfire.

This 1,300sqft cottage is modern and clean. It has a master bedroom with queen bed; a second bedroom with double over single bunk bed and family room with queen pull out couch. The kitchen and dining room are well equipped and the family room comes with a wood stove for those cool evenings. There is a full entertainment system with wireless connectivity for your favourite music. There is a cozy Muskoka room for those serene summer evenings.

Mactier is 15 minutes to the south with Port Carling and Bala 20 minutes to the south east, and Parry Sound 20 minutes to the north. There is a wide selection of golf courses, road houses, restaurants and shopping all within easy boating or driving distance.
