The PROPERTY at Two Oaks Lake house by Androse Cottages has 160' of private waterfront with sandy bottom and clean water. This shallow lake entry from the shoreline is perfect for younger children & deeper water from the new 1800 sq. ft. dock for the 2024 season. Create the ultimate "jumping off the dock" photo. Boat slip is available for your use.
Unwind and reconnect on one of the 4 outdoor sitting areas around the property. Spend your mornings by "the Rock", sipping your coffee while watching the incredible sunrise. Catch the Sunday Antique Boat Regatta cruise by. Or spend some time fishing off the magnificent Muskoka Granite rock. Enjoy dining out on the covered porch with a fantastic view of Lake Muskoka. Sit by a log fire along the water's edge roasting marshmallows. Or lounge on the outdoor sofa's while star gazing on the deck. The COTTAGE's Master Bedroom has dimmed lighting and private access to the hot tub. The Bunk Room has a TV with a PS3 & Wii with games. Each bunk has their very own nook & reading light creating a sense of privacy and coziness. The Pines has been refreshed with privacy in mind. It is great for a couple with its dry bar and Nespresso coffee maker. Or can be used by teens/tweens.
You'll find Bed Linens, Blankets, Pillows (upon request), and towels. Beach towels are provided upon request. All beds & pillows have waterproof protectors on them. Please ensure to leave these on.

Easy access to Groceries, Pharmacy, LCBO, Beer Store, Famous Dons Bakery, Restaurants, Museums, Hiking Trails, Snowmobile Trail, Site Seeing, Antique Shopping, Clear Lake Brewery & plenty of quaint shops to visit. Muskoka Lakes Winery & Johnston Cranberry Marsh, as well as Bush's Watersport's Park is within a few minutes by car or bike or walk. Boat access to restaurants and shopping in either direction on Lake Muskoka.
Additional Information: Cottage Sleeps 8 (Max 3 Couples - 3 bedrooms) from April to November with the use of The Pines Bunkie (3rd Bedroom). Cottage Sleeps 6 (Max 2 Couples - 2 bedrooms) from December to March. The 3rd Bedroom is not available during the winter.
2024 Policies Androse Cottages is committed to providing all our Guests and Cottage Owners a safe and responsible rental experience. We are able to accommodate a minimum of 7 night rentals (Friday to Friday) or Monthly (28 days) during the summer months. Keyless entry to the cottage is the last 4 digits of the phone number used at registration. Security Cameras will be turned off at 4pm Arrival for the duration of your stay and turned back on at 11am Departure time. Driveway cameras are left on for Security/Safety Purposes. At Two Oaks Lake House we take our neighbours enjoyment seriously. We ask that all Noise By-laws be followed. No noise from 11pm - 7am. We have a strict policy for any violation/complaint of this By-law.
Payment Policy A 5% booking fee is required at time of booking. 50% deposit of a reservation is due within 7 days of a booking request being approved by Androse Cottages, with the balance due 30 days prior to Arrival Date (instead of the usual payment policy of 60 days prior). All guests and pets must be registered with Androse Cottages prior to arrival. Pets must be kept off furniture and on leash when they are off of the property. Any damage to furniture from pets will be taken from deposit. An extra cleaning fee may apply.
Cancellation Policy 30 days prior to Arrival Date, the Manager will email Renter requesting confirmation of reservation. - A Renter wishing to cancel a reservation will have his/her deposit (less 5% booking fee) refunded. - A Renter wishing to firm up reservation will e-transfer his/her/their balance payment. A Renter cancelling 1-29 days before Arrival Date will forfeit 100% of the Rental Fee and the 5% booking fee. If the Property is able to be re-booked for the same rental period, 100% of the Rental and Cleaning less a $250 Administration Fee and the 5% booking fee, will be refunded to Renter.
An Owner/Manager reserves the right to cancel a Rental Agreement at any time, at which point all payments will be refunded to Renter.
Should the Property not be available due to Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, hurricane or other natural disaster), all payments will be refunded to Renter.

| Cottage is very clean and has everything that you could possibly want in the kitchen and elsewhere. The dock is amazing. Close to Bala (Don's Bakery for best apple fritters) and Port Carling.
