Please note: 3 Bedrooms Available until November 30th, 2024. 2 Bedrooms Available December 1st - March 31st 2025 (Winter Season), During the Winter Season 3rd Bedroom Available upon request. NOTE: Due to Muskoka By-law changes: MAX GUESTS: 6 Adult/Children (Infants/Toddlers not included).

FALL COLOURS: Come visit us during one of the most picturesque times in Muskoka. Bala Cranberry Festival is a fun time for all. Basque in fall colours in nearby hiking trails.

WINTER GETAWAY: Snowmobile trails are 2 min away! Snowshoes available for your use. Skating a 2 min drive. Ice fishing is available nearby.

The cottage is a perfect spot for Families, Friends or Couples, nestled in quiet Dudley Bay on Lake Muskoka in Muskoka Lakes with a Sunny East Exposure for all day SUN. Hang out lakeside under the large covered porch (32'x 8') or laze on the comfortable sofas on the new 12'x19' lakeside deck. For the most quintessential Lake Muskoka experience hang out on the 1800 sq. ft. newly built dock or sit on the Muskoka Granite Rock sipping your morning coffee taking in the view. Boat slip is available for your use (10' x 24' slip). Fire pit & Indoor Fireplace.

The PROPERTY at Two Oaks Lake house by Androse Cottages has 160' of private waterfront with sandy bottom and clean water. This shallow lake entry from the shoreline is perfect for younger children & deeper water from the new 1800 sq. ft. dock for the 2024 season. Create the ultimate "jumping off the dock" photo. Boat slip is available for your use.

Cottage is very clean and has everything that you could possibly want in the kitchen and elsewhere. The dock is amazing. Close to Bala (Don's Bakery for best apple fritters) and Port Carling.
