Unwind at this spectacular resort like cottage that offers over 450 feet of waterfront to explore, including a private sand beach. Enjoy your favourite novel on the dock & then cool off with a refreshing swim. Next, head out for a paddle to the famous Baptiste Lake jumping rocks to take the exhilarating plunge. Make sure to enjoy the majestic evening sunset on return before you light up the fire pit, roast S'mores and finish your night stargazing in the hot tub.

This viceroy cottage boasts breathtaking views of Lake Baptiste. The family, dining, kitchen and loft areas all enjoy bright stunning views of the lake. The three bedrooms are nestled towards the back of the cottage and enjoy relaxing forestry views. There is also a Bunkie that may be available upon request with it's own deck that also boasts its own unique view of the lake and fire-pit area.

The main deck is spacious and a fun place to hang out, grill, eat or soak in the hot-tub. The private sand beach enjoys a nice shallow entry into Lake Baptiste.

We absolutely loved this cottage and the property.. The cottage was bright and cheerful with everything you could need for an enjoyable stay. We loved sitting around watching movies in the living room on the evenings when we weren't having fires. We particularly appreciated having a washer ad dryer to use. There were also 2 fridges plus a beer fridge and we managed to use all 3 of them! Our daughters loved staying in the bunkie, it was great for them to have a separate space for themselves. The property is open and grassy, with a small beach and sandy entry to the lake. We used the paddleboards but also had our own kayaks which were easy to get in and out of the water. The lake is stunning with long stretches of crown land that make you feel you're in the wilderness. We kayaked past a little group of otters! The firepit was fantastic and we enjoyed many nights roasting marshmallows and looking at the stars. We made several trips into Algonquin park while we were there - it was just under an hour to the east gate of the park . Our hosts were wonderful and responded promptly to any requests we had. We would happily stay there again.
