Georgian Bay-Trail/Run/Bike/Hike/HotTub/Sauna/Swim

Eagle Point cottage is our modern-chic cottage backing onto the Tay Trail and Georgian Bay. It's a 12 minute drive to Mount St. Louis Ski Resort and a 5 minute walk to the beach. You can walk, run, in-line skate or cycle the beautiful 18.5 km Tay Trail right from our backyard during the summer or snowshoe and x-country ski during the winter. Enjoy and relax in the quiet & peaceful fenced in private yard with the use of a natural gas BBQ, hot tub, sauna or enjoy an evening fire. We have 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms in the main house to sleep 6 comfortably, and a bunkie that has a heater/a/c in the backyard to sleep an additional 2. New appliances, & new beds and mattresses, microwave oven and dishwasher are available in the fully stocked kitchen to cook a great meal. Two full washrooms are available. We provide clean bedding, bath towels, shampoo, body wash, hand soap, and toilet paper for all of our guests - just bring yourself and a few essentials! Relax in the hot tub or enjoy a hot Sauna in a separate building on the property. We are not directly on the waterfront, but you can access the water across the trail from the cottage, a few meters from the backyard. We have our canoe and 2 kayaks with life jackets you can use at your own risk. There is a public access point where you can take the canoe or kayak's out right across the trail. The Waubausene beach is a 5 minute walk or there are several additional beaches a short drive away. We provide you with clean bedding, shampoo, body wash, soap, and hand towels to make your stay as relaxed as possible. We are on municipal water which is safe to drink, bathe and cook with. Our kitchen is stocked with all the necessary items to make great meals, including saran wrap, foil, introductory Tassimo coffee pods, tea, ketchup, mustard, salt, pepper, oil and vinegar and a few other herbs and spices. Guests have full access to the property. We are readily available to answer any inquiries and questions We are in a quiet part of Waubaushene, a perfect place to enjoy your relaxation, listen during the days to the wind through the trees and the abundance of wildlife surrounding our cottage. There is a small grocery store to pick up a few items that you may need in town. We are 10 min away from the quaint town of Coldwater and Midland is 20 minutes away with a full grocery store and many other ammenties as well. We are only a mere 1.5 hrs from Toronto Short walk to the beach, playground and local store. Wifi is available throughout the house. Netflix is available on the Roku TV, small beach is a 5 min walk on the Tay Trail.
