Welcome to Birch Point. A freshly renovated 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom cottage on Haliburton Lake. Includes a newly built bunkie with its own 2 piece bathroom and two beds. All linens, blankets, pillows, beach and bathroom towels, shampoo are provided - just like a luxury hotel! Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, full size fridge, all utensils, pots and pans, dish cloths and tea towels, coffee maker, Gas BBQ on the deck. Charming gazebo with cozy furniture and fantastic view of beautiful South Bay on Haliburton Lake. We have a paddle board and canoe for guests to use. Lifejackets available upon request. Plenty of board games and puzzles to keep you entertained! Starlink wifi with good/ fast connection for those who wish to work from the lake or keep up on social media.
TV (internet only).
Beautiful walk-in clear water, or jump off the dock. Swim to the islands (with a sandbar between the islands), or bring your own boat to tour the lake. Public boat launch very close to cottage.
Short walk to the public park which has a play ground, swings, sandy beach, volley ball courts, horse shoe pits, pavilion, and a big green space to relax.
5 minute drive to Fort Irwin Marina, with basic groceries LCBO, beer, boat rentals, etc.
We are registered with dysart et al for use as a short term rental.

| We loved our stay at Birch Point cottage. I would highly recommend it.
The cottage has everything you would need, is very comfortable and has a cozy feel.
The location on the lake is quiet. Once you venture out - it is a huge lake with lots to explore. Or stay right where you are and you will see: loons, ducks, great blue heron, otters(!) etc.
Mostly our hosts were lovely. Extremely generous and super helpful. We really appreciated it.

| We go to a different cottage every year and this one has been one of our favorite: the lake is so nice and the neighbors are quiet.
The shallow swimming was great for our toddler but it was still deep for us with a few strokes.
The gazebo is SO nice for any weather. The patio and the living room have amazing views. The large dock is great and the beautiful public beach 5 min walk away is amazing for a change of pace.
It's a very peaceful place.
The house is modern but cozy, well equipped, comfortable and open.
And being 20 min from Halibruton was a real plus for us.

| What a wonderful week we enjoyed @ Birch Point! The cottage was clean & welcoming, with all the comforts you could wish for in a "home away from home". We loved the gazebo by the water & enjoyed many a coffee & cocktail there, surrounded by wonderful views. Even with neighbours on either side, we had privacy. The welcome gift & message, added a nice touch. We would love to spend another vacation there, next summer. (I'm sure it's gorgeous in the Fall, with Mother Nature putting on a show!)
