Welcome to Birch Point. A freshly renovated 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom cottage on Haliburton Lake. Includes a newly built bunkie with its own 2 piece bathroom and two beds. All linens, blankets, pillows, beach and bathroom towels, shampoo are provided - just like a luxury hotel! Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, full size fridge, all utensils, pots and pans, dish cloths and tea towels, coffee maker, Gas BBQ on the deck. Charming gazebo with cozy furniture and fantastic view of beautiful South Bay on Haliburton Lake. We have a paddle board and canoe for guests to use. Lifejackets available upon request. Plenty of board games and puzzles to keep you entertained! Starlink wifi with good/ fast connection for those who wish to work from the lake or keep up on social media.
TV (internet only).
Beautiful walk-in clear water, or jump off the dock. Swim to the islands (with a sandbar between the islands), or bring your own boat to tour the lake. Public boat launch very close to cottage.
Short walk to the public park which has a play ground, swings, sandy beach, volley ball courts, horse shoe pits, pavilion, and a big green space to relax.
5 minute drive to Fort Irwin Marina, with basic groceries LCBO, beer, boat rentals, etc.

Beautiful area, perfect for outdoor activity, hiking, swimming, boating, fishing.
Shallow water good for kinds.
Cottage is fully equipped with all stuff you will need for everyday use.

| What a wonderful week we enjoyed @ Birch Point! The cottage was clean & welcoming, with all the comforts you could wish for in a "home away from home". We loved the gazebo by the water & enjoyed many a coffee & cocktail there, surrounded by wonderful views. Even with neighbours on either side, we had privacy. The welcome gift & message, added a nice touch. We would love to spend another vacation there, next summer. (I'm sure it's gorgeous in the Fall, with Mother Nature putting on a show!) | We just finished up a week at this wonderful cottage. Its location was private with a beautiful position on the lake, it was clean, tidy with linens provided. The dock and immediate swimming area were great for younger children as they can walk in from the shore. The views of the lake and surrounding nature are beautiful. The paddle board and Canoe make for great additions to the lake experience. TV with internet streaming facilities were great for our quieter times indoors. We'd recommend this place with responsive and helpful owners.

| We stayed at this cottage last week. It was pure perfection. It was tidy, clean, beautifully decorated. The linens being included was a wonderful bonus as well. The absolute BEST part was the dock and the lake. The views are absolutely stunning, the lake was clean and fun to swim in! There are few islands close by that have super shallow sandbar that was so much fun to explore even with our young kiddos. We also had lots of fun catching some small fish! The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had! 100% would recommend and planning to go back next year!
