Beautiful waterfront cottage located on Georgian Bay in the town of Victoria Harbour; 40 minutes north of Barrie. Lots of sand beach with gradual entry into the water for excellent swimming. West facing with incredible sunsets.
Three bedrooms with 1 full ensuite bath (stand up shower and sinker tub) and 2nd full bath with stand up shower. Main bedroom has King size bed and 2 other bedrooms have Queen beds. Bunkie has bunk beds with double on the bottom and twin on the top. The kitchen includes most small appliances including a Kuerig coffee maker, fridge, gas stove and microwave. Pillows, comforters/duvets provided; however guests are asked to bring their own sheets, towels, etc.
There is a dock, BBQ, paddle board and 2 kayaks available to use.
Local attractions and historical sites include: Saint Marie Among the Hurons, Wye Marsh, Discovery Harbour and Martyrs Shrine. Tay trail for walking and biking.
