Sauble River Waterfront! Our River Breeze Cottage is the best of both worlds. Quiet and peaceful for total relaxation, and only a 10 minute walk to the beautiful Sandy Shores of Sauble Beach. If you want the hustle and bustle of downtown Sauble, it's only a 5 minute drive away. Or your family can completely avoid the downtown, if you prefer the serene beauty of the Sauble River. The choice is yours! Our River Breeze cottage was beautifully renovated in 2021. Your family will truly enjoy the wonderful open concept kitchen and main living space. The large kitchen island provides a wonderful space for your family to prepare meals or can be used for a workspace if needed. There are three bedrooms for total comfort for your family (1st bedroom - Queen bed, 2nd bedroom - Queen bed, 3rd bedroom - single/ double bunk bed). Enjoy the upper deck for outdoor dinning and your BBQ needs. The second level offers a large firepit for evening bonfires. The lower deck is situated right on the Sauble River. You can enjoy your morning coffee relaxing by the river. The lower deck provides full access to the river, so your boat can be docked there, using the boat launch which is only 2 minutes down the road. The Sauble River Marina, just down the road, offers bike, stand up paddle board and canoe rentals. The front yard provides a wonderful space for playing games, etc.

| We had a wonderful relaxing weekend at your beautiful cottage. Sue & Rob were very helpful with any questions we had. The cottage is newly renovated and had everything we needed. We especially liked just sitting down on the dock and watching the river go by. It was so peaceful.
We would definitely recommend this cottage.

| Had the chance to book this amazing cottage on Labour Day weekend and it was honestly one of the cottage experiences we had. The pictures do not do the property justice! This newly renovated cottage has an amazing layout for a family trip or even just a little getaway for a couple, the property backs on to a calm river with amazing wild life! The new deck the owners put in was very relaxing and definitely one of the highlights of our trip! I am very excited to rebook!

| Very modern cottage. Great location for everything. Quiet area. I would recommend a life ring with a rope attached for dock safety. Dock is approximately 6 feet above water level. Mini -split A/C would be an asset for high humidity days. Dehumidifier is noisy and not efficient. Ceiling fans would be beneficial also and very economical. Property manager is excellent, recommends things to do in the area and very accomodating. I would recommend this location, beautiful area and a great cottage get-away.
