Serenity awaits as you enjoy the spacious front deck at the cottage with screened gazebo, sit at the shore or swim in the clear waters of Bull Lake, part of a 4 lake chain in Central Frontenac. This 3 bedroom three season fully renovated cottage, (sleeps 6 in main cottage on a queen, double and twin set of bunk beds) with a bunkie, (stairs lead down to the bunkie which sleeps 3 to 4 - a double and a twin set of bunk beds) close to the water's edge. A pathway leads down from the bunkie to a new dock equipped with several chairs and a swim ladder allowing entry to the deep, clear water which sits across from unoccupied land providing a peaceful and private get away. Enjoy taking in the view, soaking in the sun or fishing to your heart's content. Air conditioning is now available in the main cottage to help with summertime heat. A fully equipped kitchen, (note, there is no dishwasher) is ready for all of your dining needs and outside a b.b.q., (propane available) is supplied with plenty of seating allowing for dining in the open air. Inside you will find a very comfortable seating area with a television and dvd/ vhs players with an assortment of movies supplied. You will also find 2 kayaks for youths/adults, 2 children's kayaks, a canoe, a paddle board, a row boat and a pedal boat at the water for exploring the beautiful surroundings of Bull Lake. A fire pit sits across from the bunkie close to the water's edge and has plenty of wood for use. Close to the cottage you will also find a fire table with ample seating. There's even a small wooden platform by the cottage with a stunning view for yoga and exercise enthusiasts, (several mats are provided).
Within an easy drive are the quaint towns of Sharbot Lake, Verona, Northbrook, Madoc, Tweed, Tamworth, Myers Cave, Cloyne and Kaladar for all of your dining and shopping needs. Bon Echo Provincial Park is an approximate 40 minute drive and Sharbot Lake Provincial Park is an approximate 26 minute drive. Visit the beautiful towns of Perth or Westport as well or explore Ontario's largest known cavern at Tyendinaga Cavern all within a 1 hour drive.

| Had a wonderful time at 'Blue Heaven' with my family. The cottage itself is very clean and well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Susan thought of it all, it seems, to really make the space feel homey.
The welcome was also really appreciated :) A nice personal touch (Thank you Susan!)
The outside is great. A gazebo with comfortable couches to relax on by the fire-table, lots of places to sit/hangout, a net for badminton, a fire pit with a view, and a nice assortment of watercraft by the dock.
The lake itself is beautiful and peaceful, with lots of places to explore. Couldn't have asked for a better location to unwind/reset.
Recommend 'Blue Heaven' to anyone/everyone. It's a gem. Hope to return sometime!

| Beautiful lakeside cottage! Wonderful hosts. Clean and very comfortable with all amenities taken care of. Excellent swimming and lots of places to sit and relax. Rainy days No problem TV and movies at hand! Hosts are so welcoming ….. our visit was just lovely from start to finish!

| Having spent almost 3 weeks at Blue Heaven, we can state that it is a wonderful place to rent. The Lytwyn family were exceptional hosts. The cottage was stocked with many extras not usually found in cottage rentals. There were lots to do from outside sports equipment to many DVDs and games to keep everyone happy due to weather. We spent most our time in or on the water. The water equipment was used constantly. Our family and friends had a great vacation. Highly recommend this cottage for rental.

| Very clean, landlord very accommodating, very updated, lots of thing to do.
My stay at the cottage was absolutely delightful. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that cleanliness was a top priority; everything was spotless and well-maintained. The landlord was incredibly accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The cottage itself was beautifully updated with modern amenities, which added a touch of luxury to our getaway. Despite being cozy, there was no shortage of things to do. Whether it was enjoying the peaceful surroundings, exploring nearby trails, or simply relaxing on the spacious patio, there was always something to keep us entertained.
Overall, I highly recommend this cottage for anyone looking to unwind in a serene environment with excellent hospitality. It exceeded all our expectations and made for a truly memorable experience.
