The Little Joe Lodge does an excellent job of combining the warmth of tradition and the benefits of a modern build. Hardwood floors, large stone fireplaces and original Canadian square logs frame the sophisticated luxurious finishings. Built in 2008 and renovated with all new furniture, appliances, dishes, bedding and more in 2023.
Little Lake Joe is large bay in the centre of Lake Joseph. While enjoying easy boat access to the 3 Big Lakes (Muskoka, Joe, Rousseau) and a short drive to Rosseau and Port Carling, this part of Muskoka enjoys less boat traffic and more privacy than much of the area. Perched on a point, the Little Joe Lodge enjoys all day sun and sunsets while the dock and swimming area face East and North.

The Lodge and Games Cabin are equipped with satellite TV, wifi, heating and air conditioning
The Lodge includes 6 hours of midweek housekeeping.

The Bunkie - is off the grid!
Parking 4-6 cars outside.
There is a back up generator.
MAIN LEVEL
The Lodge's main level offers a screened in Muskoka room with access to a large deck, BBQ and outdoor dinner seating for 12.
The open concept family/dining room enjoys comfortable seating by a large Muskoka stone fireplace, a round dining table for 8, and bar area to mix pre dinner cocktails.
The brand new kitchen offers a sit up island for four, two Miele ovens (convection and steam), an induction cooktop, fridge (2nd fridge in laundry room), microwave and dishwasher.
2nd FLOOR
The primary bedroom and ensuite occupy the full second floor. 4-piece primary ensuite with double vanity, stand-alone shower, soaker tub.
WALK OUT LOWER LEVEL
The walkout lower level offers a small tv area with pull out queen sofa, a spacious laundry room, extra fridge, ice maker, a full bathroom and two bedrooms, (one with 2 queens beds and walk in closet the other with a king bed).
GAMES CABIN
The Games CABIN is a fully converted garage with heating and air conditioning. Large flat screen TV, ping pong, and room for board games.
BUNKIE
The Bunkie has two single beds.
OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES
The Lodge is surrounded by a large upper deck outfitted with 4 Muskoka chairs, dining for 12, and umbrella for shade.
The waterfront is home to a large one slip boat port with hydraulic lift and spacious deck equipped with four Muskoka chairs, and a comfortable lounge sofa set. This area is great entertaining space for days spent near the water.

THE AREA
15 minutes to the town of Rosseau where you will find a weekly farmers market, the authentic Rosseau General Store, coffee, yoga classes, pizza, and muskoka's most coveted restaurant Crossroads.
15 minutes to Minett where early risers enjoy Boathouse yoga, Abbey's bake shop, smoothies and pop up stores.
20 minutes to Port Sandfield and some of the best cottage shops (many from exclusive stores in toronto) displaying their favourite summer styles. Port Sandfield offers the best morning donuts, warm bread, fresh produce and afternoon stops for ice cream.
25 minutes to Port Carling. Busting with night life, food, shopping and real estate promotions. This is where you can pick up all you might need for the weekend or summer.
Hiking trails all around.
