Vast and Beautiful Haliburton Lake: Relax or Explore
A renovated, open concept kitchen available for rent. This four season cottage sleeps 10 to 12 people comfortably. Large kitchen with large island is great for gathering meals, snacks or games anytime. A large dining table and comfortable sitting area with a gas fireplace. Two rooms with queen beds, and a pull out sectional sofa, included a little loft for the adventurer. A Bunkie that sits in the trees has four single beds and is located by the fire pit where you will enjoy stories and s'mores while listening to the loons call out in the night sky. Lots to do with a public beach walking and swimming distance away with a picnic structure and park.
The town of Haliburton is a 20 minute drive with restaurants, grocery stores and a hospital. Minden is approximately 35 minutes with loads of fun activities.
Haliburton Lake has a marina with a full LCBO, groceries, boat repairs, propane and lots of activities for the family.
Canoes, kayaks and paddle boards are great ways to explore this lake and are supplied with the rental. The public beach has a full playground and a beach volleyball court, horseshoe pits and a large firepit, picnic tables and a pavilion. Many hiking trails are nearby and fishing is abundant with large mouth bass and lake trout. Bring your boat or seadoo and keep it on the dock for the week.
