Welcome to a little piece of paradise we call Kathleen's Beach House. Our property will provide all the comforts of home,and more,during your stay. This spacious cottage includes 3 bedrooms,1 bathroom and the open concept living & dining area has been a favorite of most guests. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook full meals - one guest has made birthday cakes for her family during repeated stays . At the end of the day the three-piece bath will wash sandy little feet or allow for a long soak in the tub with a book from our collection. All linens are provided including beach towels . A bonus to this rental is an onsite washer & dryer . There is also a line outside for air drying clothes. TV & wireless internet are included with your rental. There is a barbeque conveniently located on the deck just off the kitchen - an extra tank of propane is located in the shed.There is a bonfire pit in the yard and firewood is provided. You can also find chairs & roasting sticks in the shed The cottage has a beautiful view of the safe, sandy beach and water located just 200 metres from your covered deck This rental is non smoking & pet free . The property is located 20 minutes from most amenities including grocery, gas, pharmacy, and liquor store. Kathleen's Beach House is also a Canada Select member. | Everything about this cottage makes you want to return another year. This quiet setting which is steps from a beautiful wandering beach, feels like home immediately because you have everything you need. The kitchen is well stocked with needed dishes and utensils, the BBQ was handy and the bedrooms roomy and comfortable with ample storage and extra blankets. Kathy was incredibly attentive to making our stay enjoyable and letting us know of any concerns. The garbage/recycling is well explained in detail which was so helpful and sensible. The setting is entirely peaceful with large windows with tons of sunlight and comfortable chairs to sit in the sun on the deck, and have a coffee in the morning and wonder if you have arrived close to heaven. Our stay was so enjoyable, we like the previous reviewer wanted to book again for another year right away. We personally enjoyed the rural environment of walking to the lighthouse each morning, checking the tides, getting local potatoes and eggs and yet Summerside was close enough for all amenities. Other beach areas to enjoy for the day were also easily accessible. Thank you again for a memorable week.

| Kathleen's Beach House is an absolute treasure! We booked for the following year during our stay! It is thoughtfully appointed ? kitchen well equipped, lots of games and books for kids, nice linens etc. The cottage is charmingly decorated with wonderful attention to detail. The living room is gorgeous ? large and with a beautiful view of the ocean and very comfortable furniture to curl up with a good book (some readily on hand!) Each of the three bedrooms is spacious and the primary room has a huge closet for storage. There is a Weber bbq for grilling and if you don't feel like cooking, Summerside is a quick 20 min drive away and has lots of restaurants, pubs and patios. The Beach House is indeed steps to the beach ? and the beach itself is stunning. Feels very private as well ? no crowds on this shore! The wifi is strong ? I had several Zoom calls without issue. Kathy is a friendly, responsive and accommodating host who you can tell takes pride in providing a top-notch vacation experience. Looking forward to coming back next year!

| Love Kathleen's beach house! My first impression when I walked into the beach house was that is was so clean and bright. There are windows everywhere and the living room area is large and comfortable. There were 7 of us, and we had plenty of space and comfortable seating. The cottage had everything. Outdoor games, lounge chairs, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and more. The beach is beautiful, as is the beach access. The cottage is in a quiet area and the neighbours were very friendly and respectful. Kathleen responded to texts right away and provided us with anything and everything we could need or want. We will definitely be back!
