Cozy 4 bedroom cottage on the Muskoka River

This beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom cottage sleeps 12-14 people and is ideal for 1 to 2 families. The cottage sits on a lovely treed half acre lot down and old farm road, offering pure tranquility and sounds of nature all year long.

The cottage is located right on the Muskoka river with the opportunity to swim, fish, or boat right from your very own dock. The sandy beach area is the perfect location for small children. This part of the Muskoka river has very little water traffic, with a very low speed limit. There are plenty of public boat launches into various lakes within a 10 minute driving range from the cottage, if you are looking to spend time doing water sports like skiing or tubing which require faster speeds. The upper level of the cottage is an open loft space with 2 bedrooms a bathroom and a quaint office area overlooking the river. The main level of the cottage is a beautiful open concept layout with views of the beautiful backyard and pristine waterfront from all directions. The main level features a beautifully well lit kitchen, and living room, the master bedroom along with the master washroom. The lower level of the house consists of the last bedroom and bathroom along with a yoga studio, and the retro room which has a half kitchen, bar area, pool table and sleeping sofa.

Please note this cottage is normally our permanent residence. The space is only available for rental periods when we do not require the space ourselves. You will noticed we do have some locked drawers and doors in the house for our personal items. Please respect the fact this is our house. If you can't keep your own home clean please don't consider renting ours. Absolutely NO parties allowed. We do have close neighbours on each side that are home all summer long please remember sound travels extra loud across the river. Excess noise will not be tolerated and neighbours will make reports for any partying happening on the property.
