This is the first year renting out our Family Lakeside Cottage on Beautiful Kasshabog Lake in Havelock. It has everything you could want for your Vacation. Excellent Swimming, a beautiful walk in beach and Fishing right off the dock. This Cottage has all the Comforts of home, Comfortable Furnishings and Comfortable Beds. Equipped a Smart TV with Starlink internet service. Fully stocked Kitchen with a large refrigerator ,gas stove, dishwasher, coffee maker plus a keurig ,soda stream & laundry facilities. We have a beautiful walk in Sandy Beach for the little ones, Deep Water off the end of dock. You have use of our double kayak, canoe, stand up paddle board, 2 kids pedal boats and a swimming lily pad, lawn games, beach toys & life jackets. Bbq area . We have docks for swimming and fishing from or room to park a 20ft boat.Come and Enjoy your Vacation on the beautiful Kasshabog lake. Public Beach and Boat launch minutes away on the same rd There is also a restaurant on the lake you can boat to if you have a boat that serves pub food and ice cream and has basis supplies. | We had an amazing time at this Kasshabog Lake Cottage. The cottage was clean and comfortable and fit two adults and 4 kids perfectly. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was stocked with great appliances. What we loved the most was the sandy walk-in to the lake plus the two docks. The water wasn't weedy and we all enjoyed swimming and jumping off the docks. We were all successful at fishing off the docks as well! We loved using their water lily pad, paddle board, and kayak. There was a canoe available but we never ended up using it. Lisa was amazing at prompt communication. We are already thinking about renting it again next year. Thank you Lisa for a lovely stay!

| We had a lovely, relaxing week at this cottage which comfortably accommodated 6 adults. The interior appears fairly newly renovated (just a few finishing touches remained) and it is well stocked. The A/C was appreciated as it was hot and humid during our visit. We spent time on the deck where there is lots of seating and the bbq worked well. We enjoyed the sandy beach access to the lake and the kayak, canoe and paddle board were great to be able to use - Kasshabog is a nice lake to explore. Wifi/internet access was strong; we were able to text but only had cell service for calls through wifi enabled calling. Was not an issue for us but might be helpful to know. The owner was always responsive and helpful.

| The first time renting it out, and it truly has everything you need for a perfect vacation. The cottage also has docks for swimming and fishing, with room to park a boat. The cottage itself is incredibly cozy with comfortable furnishings and beds.
We enjoyed the double kayak, canoe, and paddleboard. The BBQ area and fire pit were perfect for evenings. The nearby public beach and boat launch are very convenient.
