Welcome to the Marshview Cottage located on Erie Blvd. in the heart of Long Point, Ontario! We are just steps from the sandy Lake Erie shoreline. Beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage that comfortably accommodates 6 people. The master bedroom has a queen bed, dresser and closet. Second bedroom has a double bed and third bedroom has a bunk beds with a double bed on the bottom and single bed on top. This cottage features a large kitchen and living room area, with plenty of seating to enjoy watching TV or movies when you are back from the beach! The outdoor shower with both hot and cold water makes cleaning up after the beach a breeze! You will also enjoy the large yard, front and back decks and large patio for barbequeing and relaxing. Air conditioning is provided at no extra cost. BBQ on the deck and a backyard fire pit in the yard. A one minute walk to the peaceful sandy beaches of Lake Erie and close to an ice cream/ variety store and food trucks. A short drive into Port Rowan for groceries, LCBO, beer store and other supplies. Summer fun for your family awaits!
