| This spacious and beautiful cottage was just what we were looking for when searching for a location for our extended family to vacation together. Colleen was wonderful to communicate with- very responsive and helpful. We were excited to see how stocked the kitchen was and we appreciated having access to several baby/toddler items. Colleen has thought through everything in setting the cottage up- the outdoor shower was very useful with all of our sand play, there are helpful labels on everything and the back decks even have gates to keep children in one area. My children thoroughly enjoyed having access to sand and a firepit in the backyard. Had the weather been worse we would have taken more time to enjoy the indoor offerings, like Foosball and air hockey. We loved the close driving distance to multiple beaches and attractions. The cottage decor is stunning and Colleen has included many whimsical touches throughout. This cottage felt clean and well taken care of. We are grateful that it could be a part of our summer travel experience!

| We have stayed here three times now for a ladies weekend and have always enjoyed our stay. Colleen is a delight to deal with and is always there to answer any questions that we may have.
The cottage (house) is beautifully maintained and well equipped, you really don't need to bring anything. We definitely enjoy the huge deck that is also partially covered, great for getting out of the sun and the rain. The outdoor shower and fire pit is also a plus.
We have already booked for next year and can hardly wait. Thank you again :)

| We had an absolutely fantastic time during our 1 week stay in Point Franks. Colleen was extremely helpful with familiarizing us with the area and things to do. The cottage itself was very clean, organized and well looked after. The deck and fire pit areas were wonderful. Beach was great and not far. Everything was as advertised ++++. We plan to book again for the upcoming summer.

| Colleen, once again your cottage ( more like an upscale home) was a welcome respite for our family and our son's family with two kids (4 and 6). It allowed everyone their space to do their own thing, but a large enough open space for family activities. The deck and outdoor eating area was a great break for BBQ's and the below deck sandy fire pit was a hit for 'smore's. Travel to the private breach only took a few minutes, and the shallow sandy shore was very kid friendly - hours at a time. We are looking forward to our 3rd summer vacation here this year. Thank you for keeping your 'home' so pristine . It has become a strong memory for the kids - so important at this stage of their lives.
