Beautiful new build completed in fall of 2023. A modern 5 bedroom cottage with all the feels of being in cottage country, but with all the comforts of home.
The cottage pine walls and floors make it cozy and it has everything you could need including fridge, oven range, dishwasher, microwave, Traeger wood pellet bbq, high speed internet, washer & dryer, Amazon Alexa enabled sound system, a private office primary and guest rooms with their own ensuites, a dog bath, etc. In addition, there is a grill and mini fridge at the dock.
L'Amable Lake is a high quality lake and it is the perfect place for a family retreat. The cottage is located just 10 minutes south of Bancroft, which has all amenities that you will ever need, approximately 1km off of Highway 62. The lake is beautiful for fishing and/
or swimming with nice clean water with lots of privacy on a 3.5 acre property and a 150 feet of shoreline.
The waterfront has a dock you can jump off and swim from and also has water trampoline with a log attachment for those feeling a bit more adventurous. If you feel like water activities other than swimming, there is a canoe, kayaks and a paddle board that will help keep you busy.
For the non-water days there is a springfree trampoline, a hockey net and also a treehouse for hours of fun.
