Second bedroom has two bunks, the lower level on one bunk is a double bed. Leather sofa in living room that pulls out into double bed. Matching Leather lounge chair. Heat circulating electric fireplace with various flame colors that are remotely controlled.Large ceiling fan in living room. Stainless steel fridge and propane oven/stove with large microwave above the stove. Kitchen counter /buffet with 4 chairs for indoor dining. Full bathroom with tub and shower. Propane furnace and excellent A/C. Heat and A/C delivered through floor ducts within the unit. Both 30 pound propane tanks at rear of unit included.
The deck runs the entire lenght of the unit with metal railings. One patio table with 4 chairs and umbrella. Smaller two chair bistro set with glass table and umbrella. Large Webber stainless Steel BBQ with side burner and cover. Propane firebowl for deck for star gazing on cool nights. Two newer 20 pound propane tanks. Two full lenght foldable lounge chairs. Also included is a 43 inch HD TV that sits on top of fireplace. Cable is installed. Cooking utensils and dishes can be added upon buyers wishes. All bbq utensils included.
This site is considered Waterview overlooking Pigeon Lake. It is a family oriented resort that continues to be upgraded with new ownership. The site is among long time residents of the park that are extremely friendly and pleasant.
