The single-family cottage features an L shape with an A frame attached and a second-floor bedroom. Nestled outside the village of Washago with picturesque views of tranquility, the cottage is the perfect place to relax in the outdoors and to enjoy the sounds of many species of birds chirping throughout the day or watch chipmunks and squirrels come to you for snacks.

With 1500 sq feet of space inside you'll never feel crowded. The living room area features lazy boy couches with a smart TV, large family sized dining table to sit and play board games.

Of course, we cannot forget the heart of the cottage where you can find the spacious kitchen filled with cabinetry and a window facing the beautiful lake view backyard. In the kitchen you can also find a cozy breakfast table near the fireplace where one can gaze out the sliding doors only a step away from the great outdoors.

The main floor includes three bedrooms each with a double sized bed and dresser. A fourth private bedroom with a double size bed and dresser can be found elevated on the upper floor, overlooking the living room area.
