Welcome to our newly renovated 1966 Viceroy cottage at North Sauble Beach by the shores of Lake Huron. Just a short 5-minute stroll away lies the quiet end of the beach with its pristine sandy shores and crystal-clear water. Spend your days building sandcastles, swimming, relaxing with a good book or walking miles of sandy beach. Beyond the beach, Sauble offers a variety of activities for nature lovers and adventure seekers. Hike the nearby trails, kayak or canoe along the Sauble River or explore the charming town with its beach side shops and restaurants. With three cozy bedrooms and a 3-piece washroom our cottage comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. (Exception granted for children under 12). Whether you are planning a family vacation, a romantic getaway, or a reunion with friends, you'll find our cottage the perfect setting to create lasting memories. Prepare delicious meals in our fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the utensils and appliances you need. | Todd and Peggy are wonderful and accommodating hosts. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The cottage is in an ideal location with the river for fishing and the beach only a few minutes walk away. Inside there are boardgames, books, and a smart TV which kept us entertained. Outside the deck is welcoming with lounging furniture and string lights creating a warm and cozy ambiance. We spent most of our evenings by the fire pit in the yard nestled amongst pine trees creating a sense of peaceful solitude from the rest of the world. It felt like a home away from home.

| We had a wonderful time at Peggy and Todd's rustic cabin in Sauble Beach. The cabin is fully equipped with everything you need including books, games and a wagon to carry everything on the 5 minute walk to the beach which saved on parking fees. It is tastefully decorated with comfortable beds, fans in each room and wifi. The 2 decks were perfect for morning reading, coffee and for dinner. Peggy and Todd were amazing hosts. They even had all the wood we needed for the first night's fire. Would definitely recommend this listing.

| We had a wonderful week-long stay at this cozy cottage in Sauble Beach and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a rustic yet beautifully renovated getaway.
As a family of four, we had plenty of space to relax and enjoy our time together. The cottage maintains a charming rustic feel while featuring modern upgrades throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped and newly renovated, with a large fridge and freezer to store all your food.
There are also plenty of thoughtful extras included—cleaning supplies, a 20L jug of drinking water, and pantry staples like coffee, spices, paper towels, and toilet paper.
The cottage looks exactly as shown in the pictures and is located in a quiet part of North Sauble Beach, just a short walk from the beach, convenience store, and the Sauble River.
The owners, Peggy and Todd, were quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and wonderful hosts.
It was a wonderful week—we made lots of great memories and truly enjoyed our stay.

| I only have great things to say about Peggy and Todd's cottage! The location is perfect if you prefer a quiet area of Sauble. The downtown is a short car ride away or 15 minutes by bike. The beach is a quick walk or bike ride away, which saves so much in parking fees. The cottage is tastefully decorated and the outdoor spaces are thoughtfully designed to enjoy meals, fires, and morning coffee outside. The cottage is well stocked with everything you need, including a wagon and chairs for the beach. One recommendation is to bring a sleep mask if prefer to sleep in as the beautiful large windows let in lots of light. Peggy and Todd were quick to respond and accomodate our needs. We hope to be back again!

| We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The cottage was VERY clean and well stocked. It I was a nice touch to be greeted with a bottle of wine and 2 glasses to start our vacation and the end to a long trip. There wasn't anything that we looked for that we didn't find e.g cheese grater, strainer, potatoe peeler, cleaning supplies, etc. They provided firewood to get started and a jug of water for drinking and food prep. It was nice to be able to bring our dog with us and having a fence along the road provided a boundary to Sauble Falls rd traffic. He really enjoyed all the chipmunks! The deck allowed for ample seating for family gathering with patio lights and the front porch had a nice bistro table for enjoying morning coffee. The beds were really comfy and cozy quilts were provided for the chilly nights. Each room had a fan, which we all used to keep air flowing during warm days. The fridge/freezer was large with ample space! I even fit a whole watermelon in it with all our other food. If I had one critique it would be that the water pump was sucking air. Great pressure, you just had to wait a bit for it to push air through, when pump started. Not a huge issue, just made you to slow down and wash your hands properly! It was a great trip and we look forward to returning next year.
