| Hi all, unfortunately I just recently rented here and did not have a good experience. There was no hot water and we were instructed to use a bucket to shower. We were initially given a “discount” but after we checked out, we were then charged for a chip on their floor that was actually over the original “discount” that they gave us, which was totally ridiculous ($175) and made for a disappointing experience. The chip on the floor easily could have been from another guest as it was behind the water cooler. It seemed like a clear attempt to recoup their loses to blame the renter as they were going to waive the cleaning fee due to the lack of hot water.

And part of that is why we thoroughly inspect the cabin before and after each stay. Our damage deposit policy exists to protect our property and our guest and it is clearly communicated prior to every booking. We have also been transparent throughout your stay, especially regarding the hot water tank, so there were no surprises. We completely understand that this was inconvenient, which is why we chose to waive the cleaning fee as a goodwill gesture. Also we fixed the problem on the hot water the next day. With respect to the damaged flooring, we also did another gesture by returning half of your damage deposit rather than enforcing our policy in full. We felt this was a fair compromise given the circumstances. We genuinely believe we handled this situation with honesty, fairness, and understanding at every step. | |

| We had a wonderful time at the cabin. The cabin is very nice and clean, look exactly like in the pictures. We love the nice big back yard where kids can play and the nice hot tub where adults could enjoy and watch the kids at the same time. The owner is very nice and quick to respond when we have questions to ask. Highly recommend this cabin. Will definitely comeback next summer!!

| We stayed for two nights and it was a very comfortable stay. Rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable to sleep in. Kids enjoyed the hot tub and relaxing to sit outside and admire the trees around.
