** Welcome to French River Lodge ** A four-season waterfront cabin located on the famous and historic French River. This modern 3 bedroom chalet can accommodate 10 people comfortably which is the ideal choice for family and friends seeking the ultimate in privacy, comfort and surrounded by nature all around. Facing south west, with sun exposure all day long, this location is perfect for soaking in the sun and enjoy a swim. The French River itself is very well known for its fishing opportunities and wide range of wildlife including moose, deer, fox, elk, pheasants and turkey. Additionally, this location offers ATV and snowmobile friendly paths. French River Provincial Park is a 15 minute drive from the cabin, a national historic significance on the French River which is the first Canadian Heritage River that you can paddle the route of Indigenous people, French Explorers, fur traders and Voyageurs. In addition, offers a museum where you can take the kids that showcases the rich history of First Nations, French and English cultures that have lived, worked and travelled the waters over the French River. The property has a sandy beach and a quiet bay with a shallow entry, making it ideal for swimming and water activities which is ideal for Seniors and small kids. Enjoy the use of kayaks and stand-up paddle board.
A walk out basement that is fully furnished and offers entertainment options including darts and a pool table for your enjoyment. In addition, a separate family room for the children to watch their own television or movie.

* 2 bathrooms, each bathroom has its own shower (1 bathroom on main floor and the other is in the basement)
Note: The basement bathroom operates on a lift pump system. Please do not overuse toilet paper or flush down any sanitary products to prevent the pump from jamming and potentially causing an overflow, which could lead to flooding the basement. In the event of such an incident, the Renter will be responsible for any cleanup and repairs that incur.

| Beautiful cottage,one of the best we rented so far
Everything was spotless,super clean bathrooms,kitchen is packed with dishes?
Huge living room and rec room downstairs?
Phone signal is excellent and super fast wifi.
Absolutely amazing setting.
Lots of trails and look outs super close to the property?

| Cannot say enough good things about our stay at this cottage! Beautiful views to see outside & inside with all the big bright windows, great big deck for bbq's! The pool table in the basement with the the walk out was a dream for the kids! We had uninterrupted cell service to & wifi to make our fiends & family jealous with our stay at the this beautiful cottage! You won't forget your time here! We will be back in the summer!

| I enjoyed the beautiful winter scenery during my stay on the family day weekend, it was so cozy to enjoy a cup of hot chocolate with the views. We had a bonfire and watched the waves & took in all of the views during our stay.
The cottage was so clean & inviting & it felt like we were in our home away from home, a beautiful place to make family memories.
Lots of space for cooking, and hanging out & perfect internet service!

| I can only second everything that other reviews have already said.
Great location, beautiful cozy cottage, and Miko is great to deal with.
For us, this is a home away from home, all amenities of a home in a cottage. Family absolutely loves it. We rent twice a year and will for years to come.
