Summerhill Resorts aims to fill the void in todays family cottage market by offering customers an outright cottage ownership option for a fraction of the cost when compared to traditional cottage ownership (starting around $130k +hst) and without the maintenance involved with traditional cottage ownership. Our resorts are fully serviced with an abundance of amenities to keep families busy and entertained for 3 seasons each year!
COTTAGE COST
Our cottages start around $95k+hst and go up to about $299,900+hst (Finance = $22,000- $68,000 down and monthly payments between $850-$2,500). The cottages range between 2-3 bedrooms and come fully furnished, sited, skirted, decked and railed, ready to use!

RUNNING COST (Management Fees)
At Cedar Valley our resort management fees start at $4,832 +hst and go up to $9,051+hst depending on the site our customers choose on property. This all-inclusive price includes water, waste, guest passes, unlimited use of amenities, lawn maintenance, and on site staff support. The only extras customers should consider is electricity ($250-500/yr), propane($150-200/yr), and insurance($800-$1,800/yr).
