RUNNING COST (Management Fees)
At Bobcaygeon Shores our resort management fees start at $5,163 +hst and go up to $9,724+hst depending on the site our customers choose on property. This all-inclusive price includes, guest passes (8x unlimited access 18+), unlimited use of amenities, fun resort events, water usage, waste management, garbage disposal, and on site staff support. The only extras customers should consider is electricity (approximately $250-500/yr), propane(approximately $150-200/yr), and insurance(approximately $800-$1,800/yr).
