Our cottages start around $100k+hst and go up to about $299,900+hst (Finance = $24,000- $68,000 down and monthly payments between $950-$2,500). The cottages range between 2-3 bedrooms and come fully furnished, sited, skirted, decked and railed, ready to use!

RUNNING COST (Management Fees)
At Cedar Valley our resort management fees start at $4,646 +hst and go up to $8,703+hst depending on the site our customers choose on property. This all-inclusive price includes water, waste, guest passes, unlimited use of amenities, and property maintenance (grass cutting and trimming). The only extras customers should consider is electricity ($250-500/yr), propane($150-200/yr), and insurance($500-1100/yr).
