Welcome to our four season waterfront property with 140 ft. of sandy shoreline on Leech Lake, 15 minutes from downtown Bracebridge. The cottage has 4 bedrooms (three inside and a separate bunkie) and 2 brand new bathrooms, sleeping 12 (combination of children and adults). There is a county kitchen with an eat-in area, family room and a sprawling deck overlooking the lake.

High speed Bell internet.

In the summer, enjoy the sandy area, flat grassy area for playing a lounging, large fire pit and expansive dock.
