Welcome to Lake Eries's sandy beaches and the picturesque village of Port Rowan.
Spectacular sunrises, sunsets in a Bird Watchers Paradise!
Long Point Provincial Park is home to a 40-kilometre-long sandspit.
The natural landscape is so unique it has been recognized as a UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve.
Long Point also features mats to make the beach more accessible to people using wheelchairs or strollers.
The property was planted in 2022 with Carolinian plants and rare
trees to support & attract the birds & butterflies in this Carolinian Forest zone.
Paw-paw, Cucumber Magnolia, Tulip Tree, new england aster, rose mallow,
cardinal flower,.....Reconnect with nature on one of the benches in the
split cedar rail zig-zag gardens.

Carolinian Get Away is in a family oriented community. This quaint , cozy cottage
has a large covered porch, with a sitting area and an eating area with a BBQ.
Propane is provided.
The dining area is very large with a sitting area, heirloom
coffee bar and country table comfortably seating 6. Large living room with 2 couches
(one is a comfortable sofa) with 43 inch tv with Execulink cable.
Medium size 4 piece bathroom.
Fully equipped kitchen, blender for blender drink or shakes, air fryer, toaster oven, microwave,
kettle, coffee maker, etc...
The fridge will be stocked with condiments, ketchup, mustard, relish, Frank's hot sauce, vinegar, sugar, white flour.
Please note: There are 2 bedrooms. You have to walk through the front bedroom to get to the
back bedroom. (Captive bedroom.) There are curtains in the front bedroom to provide privacy.
The cottage is on one level. However there are different levels due to the lay out so may not
be suitable for young children or people with some mobility challenges. There is a quiet tenant
on the second floor.
Available for your fun summer Get Away- Saturday 3pm to Saturday 10am. June til September.
Please bring: paper products, toiletries, towels, beach towels, pillows and bedding for Double & Queen size.
