Come and enjoy some of the best sunsets that exist, here in Sauble Beach. We offer a bright, cozy summer escape 30 seconds from the beach. This newly renovated beach house provides you with A/ C and heating, satalite TV, DVD and stereo, as well as views of the beach. The kitchen and living space are open concept with a large island with seating. There is a large outdoor gazebo with a seating area, outdoor table and chairs for dining, a backyard and firepit on the property. Dogs are welcome but must be trained and leashed. There is a pathway leading off the property that brings you directly to the beach. It is 5 minute walk to downtown Sauble, where you will find coffee shops, bakeries, local shops, entertainment(mini put, lazer tag) and restaurants/bars across the road from the beach. This property is a perfect family beach getaway location.
