Welcome to Port Burwell, the quiet, hidden gem beach town to the warmest waters of the Great Lakes (Erie). A beautiful walk or a 3 min drive to the public beaches with free parking or 8 min walk to Port Burwell Provincial park ($) which provides an extra 2kms of the best beach sands in Ontario, with 5 separate beach areas, including an off-leash dog beach.
The unit itself is a well laid out one level indoor space with 3 generously sized bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bathtub in a raised bungalow with separate full bed pull out in the living room. Its fully equipped with kitchen and a nice sized backyard.
Outside has a hot tub, fire pit, raised deck with BBQ and seating area. Backyard is fully enclosed at this time.
The kitchen is well equipped and the unit allows for a lot of natural light throughout.
Walking distance to everything in town...martins fish market, public boat launch, obijwa submarine tour, restaurants and more.
