Welcome to Willow Tree Lake House! This charming waterfront home is just steps from Point Pelee National Park but close to all the amenities of Leamington. With three large bedrooms and two bathrooms this two storey home has lots of room for family or friends.
This cottage has been serving guests for several years but is a new listing on Cottages in Canada. Located right on Lake Erie with great sunset views over the lake and being steps from the National Park makes it a great place for birding, beaching & watersports, hiking, biking and visits to Pelee Island, the many North Shore wineries or exploring Leamington, Kingsville, Amherstburg and Windsor.
The cottage has three very spacious bedrooms:
Lakeview bedroom- this romantic room on the 2nd floor has a king bed, electric fireplace, tv and sitting area with patio doors opening out to a large balcony with sitting area overlooking the lake.
Bedroom 2- also on the 2nd floor this large attractive bedroom has a queen and double bed with tv
Bedroom 3- located on the ground floor this bedroom has a queen bed, natural gas fireplace, tv and sofa

Main floor bathroom- shower, jacuzzi tub, sink & toilet

A fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to enjoy home cooked meals and a BBQ is available for your use outside. The family/
dining room has a natural gas fireplace, two sofas and a 50" TV with access to Netflix and Prime TV.
Outside you can enjoy the beautiful views of Lake Erie from the 40 foot waterfront deck under the shade of the willow tree. From the deck, stairs allow access to the lake on calm days. The backyard also has a firepit and plenty of chairs. The second floor balcony overlooking the lake can also be accessed from the backyard and is another great spot to relax and enjoy the view. Four bicycles are available for your use. The private driveway can accommodate up to 3-4 vehicles.
