Beautiful open concept kitchen renovation 2025 to include a new breakfast bar with seating. This cottage is perfect for families!! Huge front and back yard, room to play! Room for badminton or volleyball even!
Main level has a spacious living room, bright and sunny dining room, and the kitchen includes a dishwasher, loads of prep space and a patio door leads to the backyard. Features charming stone flooring and beautiful laminate throughout.
Outdoor spaces include comfortable seating, bbq, and of course, a fire pit with Muskoka chairs to enjoy the summer evenings. Choose to sit in the peaceful front yard as well .. choice is yours! Storage shed available in backyard to secure your bikes etc.
Upper level has a huge full bath, and all 3 bedrooms. Primary bedroom complete with new king bed, dresser, quiet sitting area, and a ceiling fan. Another bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds.
Lower level is where the fun stuff happens..comfy leather couch with smart tv, gas fireplace to keep you cosy on the cold winter evenings, small table for family board games, and a separate room with laundry and 1/
