Charming Villa located in the heart of Orford a few kilometers from Magog, Mont Orford and Sepaq park. On the banks of a stream that gives rise to the Cherry River. Large, landscaped lot, quiet and private.

The Villa offers 3 bedrooms and a closed office equipped with a Murphy wall bed. On the garden level, you will find another large Murphy wall bed as well as a sofa bed. The Villa contains, 2 double beds, 1 double bed, 4 single beds and 1 sofa bed, all of which can accommodate up to 12 guests.
The Villa also offers two full bathrooms, one with a large bath and the other with washer-dryer.
The kitchen, dining and living area upstairs are embellished with multiple windows and a cathedral roof that gives this space a sense of grandeur. The wood-burning stove in the living room will warm you up when you return from your favourite outdoor activities. A second common area with TV is available on the garden level.
