Beautiful Lake Commanda 4 Bedroom Cottage

Beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom , 4 season cottage situated on a waterfront property on charming Commanda lake. Large deck with glass railing overlooks the large dock, lakeside fire pit , and a spectacular view of the lake. Deck has a covered, screened gazebo for bug free sitting outdoors. The fully equipped kitchen is large, with fridge, stove and microwave, and a table to sit 8 comfortably. Kitchen is open concept to the living room which also has large windows with a fantastic view of the dock and lake. The cottage has a drilled well. There are 4 bedrooms, the primary bedroom has a king bed, with a 3pc ensuite, 2 others have double beds, and the third has a bunk bed witch a double on the bottom, and single on top. There is a three piece bathroom on the main level. Great swimming right off the dock. There are canoes and a kayak available ( liability waiver must be signed). 4 adult lifejackets will be available (youth jackets must be provided by renters). There is also a row boat(8'). There are amazing hiking trails in and around Restoule Provincial Park ( a short drive) that lead to an unused fire tower, and spectacular views of surrounding lakes and forests. There is also a General Store/liquor store right in town, as well as a local butcher with most of what you would need. The main living area has plenty of comfortable seating, TV, radio/cd player, WiFi with great reception. We are quite sure you will find the cottage as enjoyable as we do. Campfire wood is also available to be purchased locally, and can be delivered directly to the cottage.
