Welcome to Balsam Lake - our provincially licensed five bedroom cottage sleeps 8 comfortably (our licence allows us to include 4 bedrooms to be rented at any time!), 3 bath, full basement with walkout on calm Balsam Lake is just the way to spend your summer holidays. On the main floor, we have a queen bedroom and two twin beds with three queen beds downstairs - plenty of room to sprawl out! Shuffleboard, pinball machine, games, morning sunrises, waterfront with armored shoreline, dock and your own beach area - book now, you won't regret it!

We have been to this cottage twice. We love it. Good for boating and fishing and paddle boarding and swimming. The amenities are great. Lots of space inside and out. Our kids and grandkids come and everyone enjoys it. It's a great lake and a great cottage.

What a beautiful cottage! My family and I had the opportunity to stay at this wonderful cottage in July. The amenities are excellent. Lots of room and well appointed cottage. Love the beach and warm, clean swimming water. The grounds are flat which is amazing for games and activities. We could not have been more impressed. If you are lucky to get a weekend here, you will not be disappointed. One of the best vacations ever!
