"Bruce Beach Hideaway" cottage is discretely located on a large grassy lot set amongst beautiful tall cedar trees that provide privacy and shade on those hot summer days.
This partially renovated 3-bedroom cottage is located just a 2-minute walk from the sandy shores of Bruce Beach via deeded accessible path.
There is a comfortable sitting area on the front deck to relax and enjoy your morning coffee or a refreshing evening cocktail. Through the sliding glass door off of the living room you will find a unique dining experience perched high amongst the trees, perfect for enjoying those delicious meals prepared on the gas BBQ.
For those of you who like to read outdoors, you can wind down in the large mesh hammock or simply close your eyes and enjoy an afternoon nap.
The furnishings in the living room have a "beachy modern" vibe offering plenty of sitting space to play games or watch TV (Apple TV) while listening to your favorite playlist on the SONOS Bluetooth speaker.
The kitchen and living area are open concept. There is a galley style kitchen with fridge, stove/
oven, dishwasher and microwave.
The primary bedroom has a king size bed and sliding glass doors to a small balcony.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed and bedroom 3 a single bed.
There is a 3-piece bathroom with shower located on the main floor.
There is also a Bunky that has 2 single beds, TV & fireplace, and the lower level has an additional full-size fridge.
We have supplied beach chairs and a firepit on the beach. There is also a firepit near the cottage to roast marshmallows and it's the perfect spot for endless stargazing.
The property is located 6 Km from the inclusive and very friendly beach town of Kincardine. Spend the day or night strolling along the historic downtown area main street and enjoy a range of restaurants from fine dining to casual family style eating.
Every Saturday night in July and August, experience the live pipe band parade down the main street in town while you enjoy an ice cream and listen to local musicians serenade you into the sunset.
The local Brewery is a MUST to visit if you are a craft beer connoisseur.
This is the perfect getaway to create incredible memories and new traditions every time you come back to visit.
