Relax with the whole family & enjoy a peaceful stay at The Bearss Cottage Rentals located right at Lake Erie. This family friendly cottage is perfect for 6 adults and 3 children with public beach access just 5 minutes away and brand new hot tub! With MANY more beaches all around!! The cottage is cozy, provides beautiful scenery of Lake Erie, & has a spacious backyard to either host a BBQ while catching some sun on the large patio, or playing games in the large grass space. This cottage is *newly renovated* and is ready for Summer 2024!! No Pets allowed. It is a two story house which includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms located on the main floor. The main floor also includes a spacious living room overlooking Lake Erie and a dining room and newly renovated, fully furnished kitchen. The dining room has a double sliding walk out door to a large patio which is furnished with patio furniture, removable cushions. This spacious backyard is entirely enclosed and the large trees provide great additional privacy and shading to cool off in the hot summer months. Lots of fun outdoor kids toys including tree swing, slide and play kitchenette is in the backyard for the littles to enjoy. While not forgetting the adults, we have some outdoor games that provide tons of backyard fun, like bean bag toss, washer toss, and ladder toss! The basement is newly renovated and is a sight to see in and of itself which features it's own Bearss Beers Museum! Come and checkout the history of beer while you enjoy a cold beer at the bar, play some darts, shuffle board or have a game of cards at the table while listening to some music. Don't forget it's a BYOB Bar! The basement has an additional large bedroom with a king size bed and a two piece bathroom with large windows throughout the space that provide additional daytime lighting. This space also holds a pull out couch outside of the bedroom that is a full size bed and can sleep 2 adults. Come learn about beer!
Being so close to the Lake guests can easily walk around or cycle for some exercise and fresh lake air while enjoying the stunning views of Lake Erie and the famous optical illusion dubbed the incredible Shrinking Mill!
The cottage is a 5-minute drive and a scenic 30-minute walk to downtown Port Colborne where all the beautiful and touristy shopping boutiques, yummy restaurants, various grocery stores and canal bridges are located.

This is because the top bunk bed is designed to hold specific weight limits that are for children sizes and weights ? no adults (those 18 years+) are to make use of the top bunk bed as it's use may result in serious or fatal accident.

**PURPOSE OF RENTAL PROPERTY**
This cottage is FAMILY friendly, and as such no young, singles (less than 25 years of age) will be approved for rental. Entryway, outdoor cameras are accessible by the host at any time and rental agreement will be terminated, full security deposits will be kept and law enforcement will be called if found in breach of any of the house rules.

The basement workshop/toolshop is a shared space with our maintenance crew. Individuals sharing this space are allergic to dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters/guinea pigs etc and as such no pet service animal is allowed inside of the property. Any persons inquiring a service animal of any sort should refrain from booking this cottage.
