Ontario is home to the world's largest interconnected network of maintained snowmobile trails and this cottage is right in the centre of the action. Whether you head out on the Hav-a-Ball Tour (253 kms) or the Bon Echo Loop (232 kms) you're sure to have an amazing day on the trails. And when your not on the sleds you can enjoy snowshoeing, skating (on the ice and at the public outdoor rink in town), ice fishing and so much more. Or just relax by the fire and take in one of the best lake views in all of Ontario. And we have plenty of parking for multiple vehicles and trailers (see photos) This 1100 sq ft, 3 Bed (+ Office/ Bed), 2 Bath, 4 Season cottage has been completely renovated (including 2 additions) and boasts an all new gourmet kitchen, new bathrooms, new water system, new docks (including 16' x 16' main dock), backup generator, Campfire Area, Kayaks and much more. This is a dog-friendly (non-shedding) cottage, enjoys good privacy and is located on one of the quietest bays on Wollaston Lake. Enjoy a sandy walk in or over 8 feet deep off the dock.
Wollaston Lake is a medium sized, deep lake that hosts many species of fish including Largemouth and Smallmouth Bass, Pickerel, Pike and Lake Trout and offers a public boat launch. Wollaston Lake is situated in the town of Coe Hill Ontario with easy connection to miles and miles of snowmobile and ATV trails and only 30 minutes to Bancroft for shopping, restaurants and entertainment. There are also a couple of nearby golf courses if you want to get out for a round or two.

| We had the most wonderful time here. Everything was perfect. The cottage itself was VERY well taken care of. The dishwasher was my favourite part because who wants to do dishes on vacation. My kids loved the little sandbox they had. The decorations were beautiful. They had everything you could think of and everything was new! The view from inside the cottage was amazing. The host were wonderful, checked up on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Thank you Natalie and Tom!

| Fantastic views and this cottage has it all!
Safe access to water, private swim area away from boaters, big dock, kayaking, fire pit.
Huge deck with great view, comfortable seating and gas BBQ grill.
The kitchen has everything you'll need. The beds are very comfortable and the bedrooms great sizes. There is so much natural lighting, and a generator in case of an outage. It is such a well designed layout, and it's so clean.
Working remotely was a breeze with the stable internet.
I can't wait to visit again.

| We had a wonderful time at this cottage. The property is stunning inside and out and had everything we needed. The kitchen is well stocked including new pots and pans. Natalie and Tom were incredibly responsive and accommodating. The cottage provided a fantastic view that made our mornings and evenings truly special. Would highly recommend this beautiful place!
