Our cottage is on a spectacular private South Facing Waterfront lot. The property has shallow sandy water to wade in or deep water off the end of the large dock. Very private lot with over 250 feet of waterfront. Spectacular views of Jack Lake including a large firepit(wood is provided) and decking overlooking the lake.
The cottage has 3 bedrooms: large master bedroom with a queen bed and an ensuite washroom, two single beds in the second bedroom and a third bedroom overlooking the lake with a double bed. The second and third bedroom share a washroom with a shower. The Kitchen is very well equipped with a large fridge and bottom freezer, dishwasher and all the other amenities including a Keurig coffee maker and a regular coffee maker.
The great room has 180 degree views of the water with a large deck off the kitchen and great room overlooking the water.
There is a finished basement with double bunk beds, a futon and another washroom with shower. Large washer and dryer are in the basement.
The bunkie also overlooks the lake featuring a small washroom, a small bedroom with child size bunk beds and another double futon.
The large dock faces south and has plenty of room for a boat. The rental includes a canoe and paddlebaord.
The water is very clear and perfect for swimming.
Blankets and Pillows are provided but sheets, pillowcase, dish towels and towels are not included.
There is wifi that is Starlink so typically very fast for streaming your favourite Channels. There is a DVD player with many movies.
