The luxurious property is private, with no direct view of neighbours, and you can watch the sunset from any room or on the dock while enjoying the beautiful shorelines. Unwind and relax while taking in the sounds of nature while sitting in the Swim Spa hot tub or while walking in the woods. This year-round lake house is brand new and the perfect place for friends and families to make special memories.

This lake house is open concept with large bay windows, and high ceilings allowing all family members and guests easy access to the rooms and enjoy the views from any part of the house. The main floor has an open concept kitchen with a stunning center island, dinning room, and living area with high ceilings open to above is the perfect space for family and friends to gather and enjoy a wonderful meal or have quality time together. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishware, cookware and silverware and for coffee lovers there is a Breville and Nespresso espresso coffee maker. Please feel free to bring your own coffee.

The main level has a master bedroom with a king bed, private bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a walk out to the deck. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a walk out to the deck. The third room is on the main floor and has office space with a queen size murphy/wall bed. This room has a great view of the forest. The second floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the second one has a double bunk bed with four single beds. Enjoy barbecuing outdoors, the warm soothing jets of the hot tub, while taking-in the stunning views of the sunset. The shoreline is children friendly with an approximate depth of 6 ft around the dock area which is weed free and great for swimming.
