Come take in the breath-taking views of Big Rideau Lake from this beautiful, four-acre lake house. The luxurious property is private, with no direct view of neighbours, and you can watch the sunset from any room or on the dock while enjoying the beautiful shorelines. Unwind and relax while taking in the sounds of nature while sitting in the Swim Spa hot tub or while walking in the woods. This year-round lake house is brand new and the perfect place for friends and families to make special memories. This lake house is open concept with large bay windows, and high ceilings allowing all family members and guests easy access to the rooms and enjoy the views from any part of the house. The main floor has an open concept kitchen with a stunning center island, dinning room, and living area with high ceilings open to above is the perfect space for family and friends to gather and enjoy a wonderful meal or have quality time together. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishware, cookware and silverware and for coffee lovers there is a Breville and Nespresso espresso coffee maker. Please note coffee is not provided. | We stayed at this cottage for 5 nights. Two families with kids. Everyone had a blast here. The cleanest cottage we've ever stayed at. Lots of nice clean blankets, pillows and towels. Basement had a lot of games for the kids. The kids really enjoyed the dock and the floating water mat. Paddle boat was used everyday. Lots of swimming and fishing. The hot tub swim spa was clean and huge. Friendly host, easy to get in touch with. I definitely recommend this cottage.

| This cottage had everything I wished for and more. it is a new build, right on the lake and has all the conveniences and luxuries. The view from the cottage was breathtaking, there is a large deck and we could look over the lake at sunset and listen to loons while barbecuing and making a campfire in the fire pit nearby. There is also a huge hot tub that overlooks the lake. Kids and grownups loved it. The hosts provide quality clean linens and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is modern and has tons of space and all appliances. There was plenty to do, we explored the lake on kayaks that were available. There are many small islands to explore and the lake is calm. The kids enjoyed table tennis and arcade style basketball that they have on the lower level. The property is also very private. There were no visible neighbours nearby which provided for a wonderful secluded vacation while having all the conveniences of a new luxury house.
