**Please note this rental is the lower level of the house with the owner's residence upstairs. However, they will not be onsite during the rental time. You will have full use of the yard and waterfront.** Exclusive private road. Sugarbush Trail adjoins the Victoria Rail Trail which is known for its walking, riding and ATV activities. It is a gorgeous 30 minute walk or 10 minute bike ride into town of Fenelon Falls where there is a grocery store, shops, restaurants and Kawartha Dairy Ice Cream! The cottage has a bright open concept kitchen with a large center island, breakfast bar, fully equipped with cooking essentials. Dishwasher and 2 Refrigerators plus a bar fridge for extra storage of food and drinks. Indoor dining space for 6 plus and additional bar seating for 3. Livingroom with electric fireplace and a kids play area. Basic essentials provided salt/ pepper, spices, foil and saran wrap. Toilet paper, dish soap and dishwasher soap included.
Sleeps 6 adults with a Queen bed in each room with two of the rooms having a double bed as well.

Beautiful Patio with outdoor dining space with BBQ/propane and an extra lounge area. The dockside deck also has 4 lounge chairs to relax on.
Two docks for fishing, relaxing and lounging with your morning coffee or evening cocktail. Sandy walk in beach to the lake. Great for kids.

| Cottage in the Cove is a very special place. Our family stayed here for a week at the end of our summer holidays, and felt very much at home.
The space is well-designed for families, and the amenities were thoughtful and much appreciated (in particular, the welcome package and coffee bar choices were happy surprises, and the welcome book was very useful - the instructions for the house were so helpful, and we were directed to some great local venues we might have missed otherwise!).
The bedrooms and living/dining areas are spacious, and everything was very clean. Our youngest made great use of the children's play area, including the "Harry Potter Room" (i.e. the hideaway space under the stairs). Our eldest loved the outdoor covered patio with the swinging hammock chair.
We all loved the kayaks, SUP, and sandy beach/swimming off the dock. Cameron Lake is very good for water activities, and the cove is quite calm for swimming.
We had everything we needed for nightly fires, and the outdoor deck/lawn/fire area was where we spent most of our time. Special mention goes to the family of ducks that visited every day.
Highly recommended, we hope to visit again. Thanks again!
