If you are looking for a relaxing, turn-key cottage experience in Prince Edward County then our cottage might be perfect for you. Enjoy all the modern amenities in a cottage resort community. Our detached cottage backs onto a woodland area providing privacy on the beautiful screened-in porch and close to the resort amenities that come from being in "The Meadows" area of the resort. Sit on the large screened-in back porch and listen to the birds! Air conditioning, ceiling fans, full kitchen, bathroom with tub and shower. High-speed wifi, HD cable TV, Bluetooth portable speaker. 5-night minimum rental during peak summer, June, July and August. Our cottage is located in a gated condo resort, completed in 2018, where families like yours individually own each cottage. Located within East Lake Shores (formerly called Sandbanks Summer Village) in Cherry Valley, Prince Edward County. 10 minutes from Picton and Sandbanks Provincial Park. Close to all of the amazing wineries, breweries, restaurants and shopping that Prince Edward County offers. Your cottage comes with access to our season pass to Sandbanks Provincial Park for free. The resort offers 2 swimming pools (one for family, one for adults), tennis/ pickleball courts, putting green, playground, basketball courts, walking trails, a gym, outdoor communal fire pits, and a boathouse with access to kayaks and canoes. Enjoy an evening walk to the shores of the East Lake. If you have children, bring their bikes, and let them explore in the safety of the resort.
The weekly resort amenity fee of $252 is already included in your cottage rental fee so there are no surprises.
Bed linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided. BBQ and on-site parking for 2 cars.

| Thank you Carrie for an amazing stay at East Lake Shores. The cottage was fully equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Carrie went above and beyond in her communication to ensure we knew everything we needed to know before we arrived and also offered a lot of great suggestions of must sees. Our kids loved the pool and the pavilion which had air hockey, ping pong and lots of games. We enjoyed a bonfire each night, making memories to last a lifetime. We can't wait for our next stay.

| We spent a wonderful week at this cottage! We especially loved the screened porch, rocking chair, having free access to the beach with the pass, the softness of the towels provided, all the suggestions of activities (Base 31 was new to us). The cottage was super clean. Carly is very quick to answer any question you might have. Highly recommend!

| We loved our stay at Carrie's cottage. The cottage comes fully equipped with lots of extras. Super comfortable and cozy. We really enjoyed playing board games and relaxing in the screen in porch after our busy days visiting the area and enjoying the resort fun amenities. Our kids really enjoyed the pool, the park structure, the kayaks, the pavilion games and the daily activities that are included with the resort. We made such great family memories during our stay in PEC. We also enjoyed visiting the beautiful Sandbanks beach. We highly recommend this cottage, you won't be disappointed. Thanks Carrie for making our stay memorable. We will definitely be back.

| We were very pleased with all the amenities which came with the Cottage and the resort as well! The cottage was very clean and had everything you require for a worry free vacation. We had seven great days of rest and relaxation! We enjoyed the Sand Dunes at the Provincial park and relaxing at one of the two resort pools! Kayaking and canoeing was also included, not to be forgotten is the playstruture which our grandchildren loved! Bring a book and relax on a rocker in the screened in porch or lots of energy and enjoy the resort! We look forward to returning soon and would highly recommend renting this cottage from Carrie! Thanks again for the helpful tips of the area as well-we couldn't do everything but enjoyed what we were able to (more days needed next time)!!!
