West Twin Lake is conveniently located 20 min north of Havelock, 1.5 hours from GTA. Secluded, quiet bay. Incredible sunsets from the deck or the dock. Sandy shoreline/ beach/weed free area for the kids/swimming, good fishing right off the dock, lots of water toys. Sun all day. Large, flat yard for playing games. Firepit(firewood supplied)
2 adult kayaks, 3 kids kayaks, canoe, paddle boat, water toys and sand toys included in rental. There are some life jackets provided but we recommend you bring your own to ensure they fit properly and safely.
Guests have access to the entire property. The basement area is only for storage.
Lots of reviews at the other rental site that is too expensive now.
Other things to note
The cottage is equipped with games, books, coffee and some condiments that you can use and enjoy. There are plenty of water toys that are located in the basement. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and lots more! We also have a BBQ and will provide propane. Our cottage runs on a septic system and a well water. Grab some worms in Havelock and the kids will be catching fish off the dock with basically every cast! There is a public boat launch closeby at Fireroute #73.
Petroglyphs Provincial Park, Ranney Suspension Bridge and the Gut Conservation Area, and Canada's Dinosaur Park all within 30 minutes for day trips.
