Cozy 3 bedroom A frame cottage on Moira Lake. Extremely private and relaxing , conservation on one side. Minutes from the Centre Hastings Park and the West Highland Golf Course. Quiet lake for boating, kayaking etc. Public boat launch minutes away. Great fishing lake for musky, walleye, pike and bass. New 50 foot dock, as well as a new floating swim platform. Modern amenities include, central air conditioning, propane furnace, wood burning stove, dishwasher, bar fridge, clothes line, back up automatic generator. propane and charcoal bbq's. New patio furniture with propane gas fire table. 2 new kayaks, pedal boat and 1 new paddle board. Aluminum boat with oars. Freshly laundered bed linens & pillows. Please bring your own blankets/ comforters.
Complimentary dish soap, dishwasher tabs and hand soap. You will need to bring your own bath and beach towels.
Water is from a dug well, with a complete water softener & uv filter.
We are on septic so only bring septic friendly toilet paper.
Beautiful flagstone fire pit.
Lawn games include washer toss and corn hole.
65 inch tv with cable and high speed internet in the family room. 32 inch Roku tv in the dining room

| The cottage is in a beautiful and quiet location. It has all the amenities you could ask for. The cottage was clean and well stocked- just lovely. My two teens were very busy exploring and fishing off the dock. One of our favourite vacations ever! The kids are already asking when we can go back.

| We had an excellent stay at this cottage. It was exactly as described and the photos accurately reflected what we found when we arrived. The cottage was clean, comfortable, and had everything we expected. The setting was peaceful and quiet, making it very easy to unwind. We had a great time fishing and kayaking, and paddle boarding which were highlights of the trip. We also appreciated the hot tub and fire pit each day, it was a wonderful experience, and we'd gladly stay here again. Our hosts were wonderful and very responsive to even the most minor inquiries.

| The cottage had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Lots of options for exploring the lake, such as kayaks, row boat & pedal boat. Quiet location but not too far from the village if you needs supplies or want to check out the local stores.

| Host is fabulous. Views and wildlife are amazing. Enjoyed taking the kayaks and SUP out to see the lake. Had an enjoyable relaxing week. Glad to have the AC for sleeping. Listening to the sounds of the loons in early mornings, can't be beat!
