Cozy 3 bedroom A frame cottage on Moira Lake.

Extremely private and relaxing , conservation on one side.

Minutes from the Centre Hastings Park and the West Highland Golf Course.

Quiet lake for boating, kayaking etc. Public boat launch minutes away. Great fishing lake for musky, walleye, pike and bass.

New 50 foot dock, as well as a new floating swim platform.

Modern amenities include, air conditioning, propane furnace, wood burning stove, dishwasher, bar fridge, clothes line, back up automatic generator. 2 barbecues, Egg for the charcoal lovers, and a brand new napoleon propane bbq.

New patio furniture with propane gas fire table. (extra propane tank included)
2 new kayaks, pedal boat and 1 new paddle board.
Aluminum boat with oars

Freshly laundered bed linens, pillows and blankets included.
Dish soap, dishwasher tabs , hand soap, laundry soap, paper towels, & kleenex provided. You will need to bring your own bath, beach & kitchen towels.
Water is from a dug well, with a complete water softener & uv filter.
We are on septic so only bring septic friendly toilet paper.

Beautiful flagstone fire pit.

Lawn games include washer toss and corn hole.

65 inch tv with cable and high speed internet in the family room. 32 inch Roku tv in the dining room

This was our first time here and we really enjoyed it. The cottage had all the conveniences. Close to town and a great dog park for our puppy.
Highly recommend it.
The kids loved the paddle board and kayaks!!

A wonderful escape!

I stayed at the cottage with a few friends and we all had a great time.

Such a relaxing week, with a beautiful view. The cottage itself is very well kept, in a good location, and is perfect for family and friends.

I enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the sunrise every morning.

Tammey was great with us, very professional, and made it an easy experience.

Cannot recommend enough!

What a relaxing spot! We spent 4 nights/5 days at Tammey's cottage and had such a lovely time! The cottage was clean with 3 bedrooms, bathroom, living room and large dining area.
The lake was so quiet and we spent each morning sitting on the deck drinking our coffee in the sun!
We could hear the loons all day and had a visit from a deer each morning as well!
My boys enjoyed fishing at the end of the dock and on the motor boat as well as using the paddle boards to get to the floating dock for a swim!
The hot tub was great for a mid-afternoon soak! This cottage had all of the amenities you would need to enjoy some relaxation and family time!
If you are looking for a clean, quiet cottage, this is the place!!!!!
Motor boat, hot tub, paddle board, kayaks, pedal boat?..what more could you need!?!?!

The hot tub was excellent. It was a real treat. The kayaks and pedal boat were just wonderful as well. The cottage had all the things we needed which was great. It was very well equipped. The wifi was great and the big tv was good for when the weather was crappy. The air conditioner worked well and kept us comfortable during the humid days. Overall we were very happy with the cottage and enjoyed our time immensely. Tammey was great as well. Very responsive and helpful. Thanks again for hosting us.
