Hemlock Haven on White Lake

Escape to our 4 bedroom cottage nestled atop a secluded hill overlooking crystal clear White Lake. Leave behind the hustle and bustle of daily life for a vacation in the forest. Hemlock Haven is ideal for people looking to unplug and unwind with family and friends, nature watch, and appreciate the beauty of the Frontenacs.

Get your steps in by walking down the hill steps to the private waterfront (approx. 150m), or drive down the private road (about 3 minutes). Enjoy the water with a canoe, two pedal boats, and two kayaks. Please note there is no boat launch. The water near the shore is shallow and kid-friendly, with deeper areas farther out. Bring your fishing rods - White Lake has large and small mouth bass, pike, perch, rock bass, splake & sunfish.

We're old school ? no WiFi or cable. Instead, you'll find board games, a TV with a DVD player, and a large selection of DVDs for rainy days and cozy nights.

The cabin includes a full kitchen and BBQ (propane included). Just bring your groceries, bevvies and lake snacks! The tap water comes from the lake - it's safe for brushing your teeth and cooking but not recommended for drinking. We provide drinking water.

Relax in the evenings by the fire pit. We provide wood for your first campfire.

For sleeping, pillows are included, but you'll need to bring your own bedding (sleeping bags, sheets, pillowcases, comforters, etc.) and towels.

We are old school - there is no wifi or cable. There are board games and a TV with DVD player and a large assortment of DVDs for rainy days and chilly nights.

At the lake, there are 2 pedal boats, 2 kayaks and a canoe for your enjoyment, plus floaties for lounging in the water.
