Just listed! Enjoy the pristine sandy beach and gorgeous views at our lakefront home. This private, family friendly beach house has everything you need for a relaxing, fun getaway! This home has just been renovated! With 75 feet of beach front, guests are able to take advantage of everything beach living offers! Days can be spent swimming, paddle boarding, or just relaxing on the beach or deck. At the end of a day, take in Lake Huron's famous sunsets while enjoying your favourite beverage.
The house has three bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. Two bedrooms are located upstairs and one bedroom downstairs. All bedrooms are newly furnished. There is a Jack and Jill washroom on the upper level - two toilets and sinks separated by a shower room. There is also an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. A washer and dryer is also available.
For the chef, the large, bright, kitchen is fully stocked and a barbecue is located on the deck on the east side of the house. The water side deck overlooks beautiful Lake Huron. There are two paddle boards and two kayaks. Guests can spend days relaxing at the beach, soaking in the sun, or playing volleyball (net and ball supplied!) At the end of the day, wander up to the deck, enjoy a meal either inside, or outside on the covered deck and take in the sunset. After dinner, head out to the fire pit to roast s'mores and take in the beautiful night sky!
There is plenty to do and see in and around Kincardine including shopping, golfing (a 5 minute walk), restaurants and of course, Kincardine's famous pipe band parade!
