Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house located in the heart of Meaford on Georgian Bay. Upgraded with modern finishes with a finished basement and 2 tier deck. Completely fenced-in back yard for privacy. Fire pit area in backyard and plenty of room for outdoor games. Patio table with umbrella and 4 chairs. 10 in 1 games table in basement. Fastest internet available. Walking distance to the beach, marina, local shops and a variety of restaurants, as well as LCBO. The beer store and grocery store are a short drive away. Meaford is located between Wasaga Beach and Sauble Beach and a short drive to Owen Sound and Collingwood/ Blue Mountain. There are many activities and attractions in the area such as hiking/biking, golfing, fishing, live entertainment, etc... Blue Mountain offers an affordable day pass for those seeking alternative outdoor adventures such as Bob sledding, zip lining, rock climbing, swimming, mini-golf, treetop trekking amongst other activities and of course skiing and snow boarding in the winter months. Something for everyone.

| I had an excellent time. Medford, ON is such a beautiful place. The vacation home was welcoming and had a warmth about it. It was well stocked with basic needs. It was nice to see they had a game room. I also got welcomed with locally made snacks.The hosts made you feel you were home. It's the perfect layout for spending time with friends and family..
Location is a walking distance to the waterfront and half an hour drive to Blue mountain ON and Collingwood, ON.

Easy drive from Hamilton.
Go to Blue Mountain, Wasaga, Owen Sound, Tobermory etc. for the day, but STAY at this beautiful home in Meaford!
