INSIDE: 3 Bdrms all with queen size mattresses made up with clean sheets. -2 full bathrooms with towels and toilet paper provided. - lots of space for sitting, watching TV either main floor or basement . - kitchen is clean, spacious and comes with dishes, cups, pots/ pans, silverware and a percolator coffee .

NOTES Any additional guests visiting / staying over must be cleared by host. We do have a limitation of guests allowance at cottage...thank you. | Overall, this was an average cottage. It needs lots of work. You need to watch where you sit on the decks as eaves troughs are missing or hanging off. The screened room should not be called as such, as the screening is not attached in large areas and allows bugs in. It should be noted on the ad that it is not suited for people with mobility issues or young kids as the cottage is way above the water, with a portion of stairs ( approximately 30) going down, then rocks and stumps and then more steps before you reach the water. Minimal firewood provided, however it was not covered so hard to burn wet wood. The cottage was very quiet and provided more than the minimal essentials. The dishwasher was a bonus. A little maintenance would go a long way on this cottage. Overall a peaceful stay but won't be returning do to water access issues.

Owner response: From..We love it!!..to this. I am surprised, yes. However I do agree and as shown. in phots that yes there are many steps going to lake . If there was an issue with screened in porch that bothered you, I would have gladly went to check it out. But with 3 dogs, chances are that yes, mosquitoes will find their way in no matter what just from pets fur but I will double check this issue . Eavesdropping interfering with your outdoor sitting...I won't even respond to this. Our cottage is not perfect, that is absolutely true but we do our best to help you enjoy your stay including supplying a generous amount of wood and kindling (which was in a bag). We pride ourselves on being there if our guests have any issues (reasonable) and try to fix. I am sorry you found these issues messed up your vacation when just a quick call to me would have fixed everything..except for stairs..unfortunately this is unchangeable. | |

| We had a wonderful stay at this cozy and peaceful cottage! Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the surrounding nature made it the perfect escape from the city. The host was very kind and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing gateway

| The cottage is in an amazing location on a beautiful inlet, surrounded by some of the most picturesque and nature-filled scenery I've ever seen. It has plenty of space and all the amenities you could need. The lower level, which is a walkout, is perfect for teenagers, while the upstairs provides a large cozy spot for parents to watch TV or enjoy a movie night. And the kitchen is huge!
The boat launch is just a minute away, making it super convenient and the dock at the cottage easily accommodate my 21 foot bowrider.
We even took a day trip to Bon Echo Park, (40 min away)which was fantastic.
I highly recommend coming here as we will definitely be back

| This cottage is was a wonderful place to spend time with the family. It honestly exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and location. Truly a place to relax. Upon our departure we immediately inquired about the next available dates to come back!
Dora was an excellent host with good communication and accommodating.
