Cozy Cottage and Bunkie on the shores of Malcolm Lake

DISCOUNTED RATE FOR THE SUMMER OF 2024. BOOK TODAY. Cozy Cottage on a private lot. Visit beautiful North Frontenac this summer at this private retreat. The one bedroom plus bunkie is great for couples and families. Enjoy fishing or kayaking on Malcolm Lake ( all supplies and equipment provided) or enjoy the view from the dock. A water mat, pool noodles and floaties are provided for water fun. Access the lake from stairs off the dock. The lake is about 4 feet deep off the dock so perfect for a young family to enjoy. The cottage has all the neccessities for a week of rest and relaxation. A full kitchen, propane and charcoal barbecues are available to cook the catch of the day or your favorite meal. In addition to the main bedroom, up to 4 people can sleep in the bunkie and there is a pull out sofa bed to accommodate additional overnight guests. Board games, puzzles and a collection of DVD's to keep you entertained on rainy days. There is a washing machine in the main cottage if you need it. A firepit, chopped wood and kindling is available for evening campfires. Also there is 2 children's and 2 adult kayaks with paddles and a range of fishing equipment.

Any cancellation must be clearly communicated to and confirmed by Debbie at Windrovers as soon as possible. We can then try our best to re-rent the cottage for that period.
If you cancel 45 days or more before the rental period, we will refund you in full, less the 15% booking charge. If you cancel less than 45 days before, and we cannot re-rent the cottage for the reserved period, we will have to keep any amounts paid. If part of the period is re-rented, you will get that part of amounts paid
